Sound Meditation

Sound meditation is the most effortless form of deep relaxation.

Sound meditation or Sound bath meditation as a part of Nada yoga is a science of exposing yourself to sounds of particular frequencies that are conducive for the body and trigger the body’s own healing mechanism leading the body to homeostasis –  making it disease free and helping you achieve higher states of consciousness.

Our Sound bath meditation is played in a specific manner to create relaxation and also guide listeners on a journey of self discovery and inner exploration.  Our playing style and the instruments we use help relax the mind, body and nervous system. This results in a feeling of deep relaxation with peace, expansion of consciousness, and numerous other benefits (especially when experienced regularly).

Different instruments such as Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs , Tingsha, om bell are used as a part of the Sound meditation session. This helps one to feel a greater sense of overall health and wellbeing.
